Ed has worked in the residential and commercial property market for over 20 years. Managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties for private individuals and investor companies. His trusted team and preferred contractors are also updating properties with modern systems to reduce the properties carbon footprint and make them look beautiful.

Swav's background is carpentry. With beginnings in cabinet making, intricate work has lead him to focusing his skill in detailed finishing along with first fix carpentry. Swav is Senior Site Manager of Eyot Update working alongside all trades keeping the project running to schedule and to the quality expected by our clients.
